Jubilance Guild and Raiding Charter
I. Welcome!
Welcome to the Jubilance website! We are a long established, all-adult, semi-casual 25-person World of Warcraft raiding guild on the Muradin realm. We are proud of our friendly, respectful, fun-loving atmostphere and welcome membership inquiries from Muradinites who desire to achieve the progression/adult priority balance.
Before The Burning Crusade, Jubilance was a semi-casual 40-person raiding guild. When the expansion arrived, many Jubilance members moved to other guilds and the current membership was built back from only 5 members. Jubilance was able to plow through Karazhan, the Lairs of Gruul and Magtheridon, most of Serpentshrine Cavern, and see a little Tempest Keep and Black Temple content before The Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
We are currently running 10 and 25-person Wrath of the Lich King raids consistently; achieving weekly progression in Naxxramus and working through the Obsidian Sanctum fight with multiple drakes still alive.
II. Obtaining and Maintaining Membership
We are all fun and games in Jubilance, as evidenced by our muffin ranking system.

Jubilance has a fluid recruitment policy that welcomes characters of all classes and levels. Applicants must submit an application through our website. We typically notify players of acceptance promptly especially in the case of acceptance. After acceptance, you will be assigned a sponsor who will act as your tutor in all things Jubilance. Your sponsor is ultimately responsible for determining whether you are a fit for our guild.
Jubilance members must be 21 or older, install and run the World of Warcraft mods listed on our website, and install Ventrilo. Your membership in Jubilance is also contingent on how well you fit into our atmosphere meaning socializing and contributing within the guild is a requirement. As a representative of Jubilance, you are expected to behave in a respectful, non-greedy, and courteous manner or your membership will be immediately terminated.
Please see our recruitment policy for more information on becoming a Jubilance member.
III. Raiding
Jubilance currently raids 25-person content 3 nights per week from 8PM to 11PM server on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. We hold frequent guild-wide discussions on raid scheduling and try to be as flexible as possible to maximize player turn out while minimizing conflicts with the real-life committments of our members.
Raiders are expected to sign-up for raids, though signing up does not guarantee a raid spot as we also have to manage group composition. Attendance for raids is noted whether a member is ultimately able to be included in the raid or not. Raid spots are chosen by noting attendance and earned dkp.
Raiders should have the proper consumables for each raid and come fully repaired with a good attitude and a sense of humor. Raiders are also expected to better their character as much as possible outside of raids through reputation rewards, questing, trade skills, and crafted items.
Mods required for each raid include: - CT RAIDAssist - Deadly Boss Mods - Decursive / SmartBuff - Omen Threat meter - PallyPower (paladins only) - Ventrilo |
